Media reports claimed Telstra dropped its support contract with IBM Global Services earlier this year as part of an outsourcing cull.
Telstra renewed its separate five-year $450 million application services deal with EDS to cater for applications development and managed services. The extension builds on a seven-year service delivery agreement with the vendor.
