Cake Wrecks, my new source for video game cakes

I am a sucker for two things: gamer weddings and gamer cakes (and by extension, gamer wedding cakes). I used to get my fix from the GameCakes blog -- but that's been for a while now, and no one blog has stepped up to take its place.

I've seen some of these cakes before, but the Las Vegas Mario cake was new to me, as was the Zelda wedding cupcake mosaic.

The blog may not have much more than that for game cakes (or maybe it does -- my investigation is ongoing), but these two galleries filled a little of the void left by GameCakes with tasty-looking cake. I'll be returning to Cake Wrecks weekly, hungry for more. Section Heading: Sadly, GameCakes.com went offline January 1, 2010. Since then, no one site as presented itself as a game cake-viewing alternative, but a recurring weekly feature on the Cake Wrecks blog recently filled some the void with sweet, sweet gamer wedding cakes.
