IT pilot fish is helping his aunt fix her PC because, well, that's where family members get their tech support, right

"She came to me when she couldn't figure it out," says fish. "I looked to see if her system could connect to the Internet. It said it was connected, but there was still no action.

"So my aunt said, 'Oh, we better go get help from the smart people.' I laughed and said OK, let the experts work it out.

"We went over to a well-known electronics chain. And what do you know -- they couldn't figure it out either.

"I told my aunt, I thought those experts were going to fix it. She said, 'Well, can't trust those experts -- they will leave you short-handed.'

"I said yes, short-handed indeed. Now are you ready for a real pro to continue what I started"
