Judge: Cablevision lying about Verizon lying

I know what you’re thinking: Aren’t all advertisements, except for those you’ll see on this website, lies of one sort or another … A judge in New York says there are matters of degree.
From a Reuters story:
So in one New York courtroom we have a judge holding forth on the air pressure in footballs, and in another we have a second one calling out Cablevision for illegally blowing hot air.
The wheels of justice grind slowly in part because the gears get clogged with nonsense.
