The Measurement of IT

To date, we have developed almost 250 separate metrics for21 different job functions ranging from administration toapplications development to the CIO. Many of these metricshave already been documented.

Compiling and organizing these metrics is only thebeginning. We will continue to refine the existing metrics,develop new metrics and validate them. Over time, we willcollect data from our clients so that we can compile adatabase of best practices that we will share in upcomingresearch.
