Due to incorrect information provided by Avaya, the story, "Google Cloud and a Chromebook might be your next contact center," posted to the wire on Wednesday, incorrectly stated the number of agents that Customer Engagement OnAvaya Powered by Google Cloud Platform will serve. It is fewer than 250.

The story has been corrected on the wire. Paragraph 10 now reads as follows:

Avaya already sells contact-center software for private clouds, through a partnership with Hewlett-Packard, and for hybrid clouds, through a deal with VMware. Those are both for larger enterprises. The public-cloud partnership with Google will reach smaller companies with fewer than 250 agents.
